How are the clothing items packed for shipping? We treat your garments with absolute care! Every Elunovia piece is neatly folded, wrapped in protective acid-free tissue paper, and placed inside a dust-proof, eco-friendly apparel bag before being shipped in a secure, tear-resistant poly mailer to ensure it arrives completely clean and wrinkle-free.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can follow your package straight to your doorstep.

Sizing & Garment Care

Returns & Satisfaction

What is your return policy? We want you to absolutely fall in love with your new outfits! We accept returns on completely unworn, unwashed garments in their original, pristine condition with all factory tags and security seals fully intact within 30 days of delivery.
